About

Listen to my interview:
Heritage Radio’s Animal Instincts show.

I am a New York State Class II Wildlife Rehabilitator (#147) and am licensed to train and designate “those trained in widlife rehabilitation” as subpermittees. Please let me know if you are interested in becoming an apprentice.

I have specialized in native turtle conservation since 2004. Recently, I have expanded into public education, lectures, and training other rehabilitators. Our native turtle species are experiencing population declines, and I am dedicated to educating people about the ways we can protect and preserve these majestic animals.

I would love to hear from you if you have any questions or thoughts to share.
